About the Role

As a Software Engineer at DashQ, you will lead in advancing our mission to transform rental housing experiences through technology. Your expertise in AI will be pivotal in developing AI-driven conversational models that redefine how tenants interact with their living spaces. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI-drive systems to improve how tenants interact with properties digitally.
• Utilize AI and machine learning principles to develop and refine AI functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
• Collaborate with the development and product teams to enhance our conversational AI capabilities, focusing on efficiency and user engagement.
• Maintain high standards of software development practices and lead projects with a mindset that every challenge is an opportunity to demonstrate competitive greatness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field, with a strong foundation in AI and machine learning principles.
• Minimum of five years of professional experience in a software engineering role, with a demonstrated ability to deliver impactful AI solutions.
• Technical proficiency in Net C#, Python and the use of tools like Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio, with a keen eye for clean, efficient coding.
• Experience in conversational AI technologies, ideally with a focus on creating client-centric solutions.

Job Compensation Range

The total compensation range for this role is $100,000.00 - $120,000.00. DashQ offers a competitive total rewards package which includes a base salary, comprehensive benefits, and a bonus. Exact compensation is determined based on several factors including experience and skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
