About the Role
As DashQ continues to expand rapidly, the role of Demand Generation Manager becomes ever more pivotal. You’ll play a key role in driving leads, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will own demand generation campaigns, manage marketing content, and collaborate closely with our sales team to build and optimize strategies for growth. This role is all about giving our products a voice, showcasing how transformative they are, and ensuring they reach the people who need them most.
At your core, you’re a storyteller and brand builder, able to turn complex ideas into narratives that connect with our audience, build loyalty, and drive growth. In this role, you’ll be central to raising our market presence, sparking customer engagement, and sharing DashQ’s story in a way that inspires and makes an impact.
You will work closely with senior leadership, playing a key role in shaping our marketing efforts. We're looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas and turn them into effective, results-driven marketing strategies that align with DashQ's vision and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive new business and grow existing accounts.
- Create and manage marketing content, including email campaigns, landing pages, and digital ads.
- Work with sales to create collateral like one-pagers, case studies, and pitch decks.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives to ensure effectiveness and ROI.
- Support social media efforts to drive brand reach, awareness, engagement, and grow the following across key platforms.
Who You Are
- Has 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.
- Can clearly communicate our value to customers through effective marketing strategies.
- Loves working with data to track performance and optimize campaigns.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a collaborative, results-driven mindset.
- Is proactive, customer-obsessed, and ready to make an impact.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in demand generation, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology. Experience in real estate or prop-tech is a plus.
- Experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with sales teams.
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and tracking KPIs.

Job Compensation Range
DashQ offers a competitive total rewards package which includes a base salary, comprehensive benefits, and a performance based bonus. Exact compensation is determined based on several factors including experience and skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
