What You Will Do:

Reporting to the Marketing and Brand Director, the Visual Designer will focus on the execution and production of high-quality visual materials that support the company’s marketing strategies and initiatives that bring concepts to life through impactful visual storytelling. This role involves producing engaging visuals for digital, print, and branding projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position is non-strategic, with a strong emphasis on design execution aligned with higher-level plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create visual assets for a range of platforms, including websites, social media, and print materials, including but not limited to:
    • Ad creatives for social platforms (e.g., Meta, Google).
    • Digital content for websites, email marketing, and performance marketing campaigns.
    • Branding materials, print collateral, and motion graphics.
  • Create prototypes, mock-ups, and presentations to communicate ideas and gather feedback.
  • Develop and refine branding elements, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources, copywriters, developers, and marketers to align designs with project objectives and ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Refine and improve designs based on feedback, maintaining brand consistency across all creative outputs.
  • Incorporate user experience (UX) principles into designs where applicable.
  • Prepare design files for both digital and print production.
  • Research and implement the latest design trends and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance on design tools, techniques, and software.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Core Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign – mandatory).
  • Experience with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for UI/UX design (preferred).
  • Motion graphics skills using After Effects or Premiere Pro (a plus).
  • Familiarity with Shopify and/or Amazon platforms (bonus).
  • Experience in AI/CGI/3-D rendering (bonus).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in areas such as branding, digital advertising, and print design.
  • In-depth knowledge of layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Strong understanding of branding and visual identity systems.
  • Strong executional focus, with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to take feedback constructively and refine designs to meet objectives.
