Who you are:
- Proven experience as an HR leader, preferably in a Director or similar role at a scaling SaaS company.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Demonstrated success in performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Experience with high-quality, fast-paced, data-driven talent acquisition practices.
- Managed smaller teams and have a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
- A track record of attracting top talent while maintaining a strong culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree and HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are a plus.
What you'll be working on:
- Integrating a Performance Management Process.
- Supporting Talent Acquisition.
- Championing Culture and Wellness initiatives within the organization.
- Influencing the strategic direction of the company.
- Provide coaching and direction to the executive team.
What you'll be measured on:
- Employee eNPS and monthly wellness score or equivalent
- Recruitment speed, quality and budget
- Employee attrition
