Mid-Market Account Executive (Sales)

A bit about the role…

We’re looking for curious and energetic sales talent to join our fast-growing team that works with some of the most recognized mid-market brands. The ideal candidate should have experience with sales prospecting and business development and have worked as an Account Executive selling SaaS.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

  • You have proven experience in mid-market SaaS sales models and cycles.

  • You have a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • You have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • You have the ability to effortlessly build and maintain relationships with varying levels of executives, key stakeholders, and peers.

  • You are self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • You have proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)..

  • You are on a never-ending journey of self-improvement and personal development, sharing your knowledge with others and taking responsibility for your own development.

  • You enjoy travel - you will visit our customers when required to do walkthroughs and understand their business needs.

  • You are an overachiever. Targets and goals are meant to be exceeded, not met.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;

  • Eligible to work in Canada or the U.S;

  • Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Business Development:

    • Identify and target key mid-market accounts within retail, hospitality and restaurants, or other relevant markets..

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.

  • Sales Execution:

    • Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including presentations, negotiations, and contract management.

    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Solink’s product offerings and their application in the markets we serve.

  • Account Management:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within enterprise accounts.

    • Provide ongoing support and consultation to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.

    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Solink products and services.
