Deployment Quality Assurance Representative

A bit about the role…

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Deployment Quality Assurance Representative to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that all deployments meet the highest quality standards and function seamlessly within our customers’ environments. You will work closely with our Deployment Project Management, Support and Configuration teams to identify any issues that arise during the deployment process.

WHO YOU ARE:

• You have 1+ years experience in quality assurance, project coordination or relative role.

• You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality in every task you undertake.

• You have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions.

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate issues and resolutions clearly.

• You enjoy working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and high customer satisfaction.

• You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.

• You can review and perform quality assurance on new site deployments, ensuring all configurations and fields in Hubspot, Manage, Interlink, and Video Discovery are correct.

• You can time manage effectively to maximize productivity

• You are familiar with Hubspot, Confluence, Manage, Interlink and Video Discovery.

• You can handle QA for Data Delta Tickets, verifying data accuracy and consistency in Video Discovery.

• You possess strong attention to detail

• You can perform detailed QA on new site deployments and data delta tickets.

• You can identify areas for improvement in the QA process and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

• You can participate in team meetings, huddles, and sync-ups to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;

• Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;

• Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Conduct thorough review and validation of deployments to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Work closely with Deployment Project Management, Support and Configuration teams to identify issues during the deployment process.

• Create detailed documentation of processes, issues identified, and resolutions.

• Continuously monitor deployments to ensure ongoing quality and performance.

• You will work closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless deployments and timely resolution of any issues.

• You will conduct periodic audits and address any issues proactively.

• You will conduct audits on a batch of sites, addressing and fixing any issues as they arise.

• You can follow the QA checklist meticulously to ensure all aspects of the deployments are thoroughly checked and meet our high standards.
