As part of our continued innovation, we've been working on something groundbreaking—Apex. This next-generation platform combines AI-driven automation, competitive insights, and omnichannel marketing to help businesses build stronger connections with their customers. As we prepare to take Apex to market, we are looking for a dynamic Growth Marketing Intern to help us grow awareness and shape our messaging, build and scale our brand presence.
What You’ll Do
As a Growth Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in growing and engaging our user base across key platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and engaging our community by responding to comments, messages, and trends to foster brand loyalty.
- Creating and curating high-quality, engaging content for Reddit, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to attract and retain users.
- Developing and executing innovative social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and product adoption.
- Analyzing performance metrics and optimizing content strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborating with the Product team to align social media efforts with broader business goals.
- Staying ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and viral content opportunities to maintain relevance and competitive advantage.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is deeply immersed in digital culture and understands what it takes to create viral, engaging content. Ideal candidates should have:
- A passion for social media marketing, content creation, and brand storytelling.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Exceptional creativity and an eye for compelling visuals and narratives.
- Basic graphic design skills (experience with Figma, Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus).
- Video editing skills for short-form content (TikToks, YouTube Shorts) is a strong bonus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A data-driven mindset, with a willingness to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Eligibility
This position is intended for students. To be considered, you must:
- Currently be enrolled as a full-time student at a recognized post-secondary institution.
- Be authorized to work in Canada.
