At Trualta, we empower families to help loved ones age in place. Our clinically-validated digital health platform brings professional-level training to individuals caring for loved ones with dementia, intellectual or developmental disabilities, Parkinson's Disease, stroke, and other illnesses. Our expanding content library continues to adapt to the unique needs of family caregivers. Caregiving is a serious challenge for many Americans with more than 15% of American workers reporting they are providing ongoing care for a loved one, making a solution like Trualta more valuable than ever.

Over the past twelve months, we’ve seen tremendous growth in our partnerships with government, social service organizations, healthcare providers, and health plans, scaling revenue 300%. We aim to replicate this growth in 2023 and are looking for an experienced hunter to lead sales in our existing markets and help us tap into new ones. You will report directly to the Director of Growth, focusing primarily on Small Business & Mid-Market sales.

What You’ll Do

Join our team as a high achieving, top-performing individual contributor who is intrinsically driven to crush their quota, but is ready to take on a more strategic role at a mission-driven company. You will lead the outbound sales process for existing markets and must be comfortable with autonomy, eager to thrive in a start-up environment where personal performance is critical. We have a proven sales process, but we know the right person will act as a thought-partner as we grow by gathering insights and putting them into action.

  • Lead the entire sales cycle for key markets by prospecting, penetrating, and creating new relationships with clients
  • Develop and execute strategy to meet all quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Research and understand the financial drivers for care stakeholders to invest in a care management tool
  • Clearly articulate Trualta’s value proposition in email cadences, discovery calls, demos, and throughout the late stage deal cycle
  • Collaborate with our product, marketing, and services teams to improve our GTM strategy and product-market-fit
  • Support in strategic projects, including structuring and executing new go to market strategies

Who We’re Looking For

You want to be a part of something big, surrounding yourself with strategic, cross-functional teammates while understanding what goes into scaling a company.

You Have:

  • 5+ years closing experience in the enterprise space; SaaS and eLearning/healthcare industry knowledge preferred
  • Experience hitting a quota of $1M+ of ARR per year
  • A track record of success in driving consistent activity, pipeline development and quota achievement
  • Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • High degree of comfort using spreadsheets and presentation tools to work with data and communicate ideas
  • A valid passport, and are able to travel internationally between the United States and Canada as needed
  • The ability to pass a company background check, as required by Trualta clients
  • The ability to travel up to 10% of the time
