About You

As a Tableau Developer / Data Analyst, you’ll work with a small Agile team supporting member data management, quality, security and reporting.

As our ideal candidate, you’ll take part in and contribute to a cohesive team in a high-performance environment. We’re passionate about diversity, learning, experimentation and collaboration. We hope you are too.

You will focus on…

  • Translating client and business requirements into intuitive and interactive data visualizations that can be understood by a non-technical audience
  • Developing and supporting reports and dashboards with Tableau, focusing on productized dashboards that enable the user to self-service
  • Providing expertise and guidance to clients and other teams regarding Tableau, data visualization, reporting, and analytics
  • Ad-hoc investigations and responding to clients’ support tickets related to reporting and analytics
  • Advancing Tableau usage with clear documentation, platform maintenance, establishing standards and best practices, and training internally and externally
  • Working with other teams to ensure data accessibility, understandability and quality
  • Educating clients on Wicket’s data architecture, processes, and practices, including data quality, privacy, and security

We’re looking for…

  • A strong communicator who can take on data challenges with enthusiasm. Someone who can engage both technical and non-technical clients
  • Client-facing experience in gathering requirements and training
  • 3+ years experience in data analytics
  • Experience with Tableau, or other data visualization tools
  • Experience with SQL-based technology
  • A self-starter who is hungry to learn new technologies and improve your skills

It’s a bonus if you have…

  • Worked on an Agile team
  • Worked at a SaaS company
  • Previous knowledge of JSON API (jsonapi.org) and/or JSON Schema (json-schema.org) specifications
  • A diploma, certificate, or training program in data science/data management or a degree in computer science or mathematics
