About You
As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives that fuel our customer acquisition and growth goals. Your work will focus on demand generation, partnership marketing, and sales enablement, supporting our ambitious sales targets in 2025. You’ll also play a key role in strengthening our leadership position in the association technology sector. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work, thrives on challenges, and is eager to make a meaningful impact on the growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Planning
- Generate the marketing strategy, AOP and budget
- Build scalable marketing processes
- Define marketing metrics and KPIs
- Report on marketing performance
Growth & Demand Generation
- Design and execute ABM and Digital lead generation campaigns
- Implement and manage marketing automation
- Create and optimize conversion funnels
- Plan and execute webinar and live event programs
- Build nurture campaigns
- Track and analyze marketing metrics and optimize ROI
Partnership Marketing
- Develop partner programs
- Manage key strategic relationships
- Coordinate event participation and sponsorships
- Create co-marketing initiatives with partners
Content & Sales Enablement
- Drive thought leadership content
- Create compelling sales collateral including case studies and other assets
Manage website content strategy - Support sales pipeline development
- Support proposal development
- Maintain social media presence (LinkedIn focus)
Required Skills and Experience:
Essential Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with an emphasis on account-based marketing.
- Proven track record in demand generation and marketing automation.
- Strong proficiency in content creation and marketing analytics.
- Experience in partner marketing.
Technical Expertise
- Advanced knowledge of tools like HubSpot.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and virtual event management.
