About Us:

ZeroTek is a rapidly growing SaaS B2B company providing a Secure Identity Access and Business Management platform that MSPs and MSSPs need to support the new generation of cloud-based IT. We are employee-owned, profitable and believe in the remote work model.

Where we're at:

We've been able to grow the business since the launch of our company and product (March 2020) due to fantastic referrals from our key technology partner, Okta. We're now at a point where we have product market fit with our MSP partner base and want to build our own marketing and lead generation capability to reach the wider MSP market.

Reports to: Chief Technology Officer, Co-Founder

Who we are looking for:

  • Someone who has a track record of building high-performance marketing processes for multi-tier B2B sales. You are eager to apply your creative, results-focused skills to key market segments as the market enters the “must have” technology phase for all SMBs.
  • A “roll up your sleeves” mentality, comfortable with doing the work and building the team.
  • Passion for delivering what customers need today while never losing sight of our transformational global vision.
  • Ambitious—We are curiosity-driven self-starters who want to raise the bar by relentlessly focusing on understanding our customers’ needs.
  • Extreme ownership/Accountable - We take full responsibility for our actions, are accountable to all our stakeholders, and work autonomously and collaboratively toward a shared goal.
  • A Problem Solver - We are adaptable and look for creative ways to get things done, applying critical-thinking skills to analyze, identify and execute solutions both large and small.
  • An excellent communicator - both oral and written.
  • Steep knowledge of digital marketing and Account-based Marketing programs.
  • Strong people management, mentoring, coaching, and development experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Help Establish and Execute ZeroTek's marketing strategy.
  • Evolve our Brand, Positioning, and Messaging.
  • Establish ZeroTek as a Thought Leader and Market Leader.
  • Most importantly - drive lead generation. Today ZeroTek's leads are almost 100% from vendor referrals, we're looking to establish active lead generation without relying on referrals.
  • Oversee all content communications and creative to deliver a single voice.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns through multiple channels that reach ZeroTek's target customer (MSPs), with powerful positioning that drives business growth.
  • Build and run core marketing functions.
  • Responsible for the creation and execution of the marketing plan and budget.
  • Set and achieve revenue KPIs.
  • Enable and drive Field / Channel / Partner / Account-based Marketing.
  • Oversee Customer Advocacy Programs.
  • Contribute to product vision and evolution.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in SMB B2B marketing.
  • Experience developing and managing marketing partnerships for shared success and sales.
  • Experience with blending the best of account-based marketing and digital marketing.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience marketing to the MSP/MSSP industry.
  • Experience with AI marketing tools.
